Please don't worry. Firstly, check your junk and spam folder in your inbox as sometimes our e-mails can end up in the wrong folder.
Secondly, when you completed the booking over the phone, the Customer Service adviser should have provided you with your booking reference number. If you take that booking reference number, along with the card you made payment with and some photographic ID the team onsite will be able to locate your order and issue the tickets.
If unfortunately you don't have the reference number, then complete one of our forms here and a member of the team can confirm your order and resend the e-mail confirmation.
